１．【文法】関係代名詞that（主格）
[ That house ] stands on the hill.
（その家は丘の上に建っている）
この、主語の働きをする [ That house ] が関係代名詞 that に変身して、前の名詞（The house）にくっつきます。
The house [ that stands on the hill ]
that の後ろにすぐ動詞（stands）が来ているので、この that は「主語」の代わりです（主格）。
２．【文法】命令文（Look at...）
主語（You）を省略して、動詞の原形から始めると「〜しなさい」「〜して」という命令文になります。
Look at the blackboard.
（黒板を見なさい）
３．【単語】stand（立つ、ある）
人が「立つ」という意味だけでなく、建物などが「建っている、ある」という意味でも使います。
A big tree stands in the park.
（公園に大きな木がある）
